As result of the his artistic residency last year in Vigo, the Mexican composer Victor Ibarra will premiere Tribute to Francisco Toledo supported with Ibermúsicas and FONCA (Mexico). Going across some of its persistent monomanía, Victor Ibarra presents a thorough and systematic work of jewelry sound, peppered with impulsive and uncontrolled bursts of free improvisation and a recurring and obsessive presence of the images. The world premieres of Henrik Denerin and Madamme Cell reflect both ends of his research. In Madamme Cell we find a wild anarchist of sound and in Denerin a refined composer of large Nordic school. Three world premieres that will close this edition of vertixeVIGO.
